All cell phones must be on silent ring and all conversation on cell phones must be done outside the library building. One exception, the staff cell phone can and will be used in the library building to conduct library business and to confer with other staff members when they are away on library business. Violation of this policy will be handled under the Problem Patron Policy guidelines. May have their library privileges suspended for a period of time. All disciplinary action will be handled by the Director.
